Rev. William Saint-Hilaire was born and raised in Petion-Ville, Haiti. He completed four years of theological studies at the Assemblies of God Seminary in Pétionville, Haiti, and received a bachelor's degree in 1995. He was ordained in January 1996 by Eglise Communion de la Manne in Morne Lazarre, Petition-Ville, Haiti. Administrator of that local church for about ten years was his principal role.
Rev. Saint-Hilaire has been married to Lissa Saint-Hilaire for over 30 years, and they have six children together.
He immigrated to the United States in 2002, and Rev. Saint-Hilaire has been a resident of the D.C. Metro area for 20 years. He has served in various ministries at a local church for 19 years, and he currently resides in Prince Georges county, Maryland. Rev. Saint-Hilaire is a prayer warrior and loves to worship. He is passionate about sharing the gospel with others and helping people grow in their faith. He is a dedicated servant and an exemplary man of God who strongly believes in Romans 12:2, which urges all true believers not to conform to the pattern of this world but to be transformed by the renewing of their minds. This transformation enables them to test and approve what God's will is—His good, pleasing, and perfect will. He is a man of deep faith and compassion and is a blessing to those who know him.
Pastor William's vision is for AGG to be a church that loves God and people and is contending for the Word. A place where people can come to worship God, grow in their faith, and serve others. He envisions a church that is involved in the community, reaching out to the lost and hurting.
His goal for this church is to make a difference in the world, one person at a time.
